You can check your live website to make sure that the script is actually showing up on your page and in the right place.
- Visit the url of the page that you installed the script onto
- view the source code of the page
- FireFox Menus: View > Page Source
- Safari Menus: View > View Source
- Internet Explorer Menus: View > Source
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Look for the code
</body> - The CrazyEgg tracking script should be right above that.
If you are sure that you installed the script on the right page but it still isn’t showing up when you view the page in your browser…
You may have to reset your browser cache.
You may also have some server-side caching setup on your server that is serving an older version of the file. In this case you should check with your system administrator about potential fixes or to reset the cache.
